While at Hunt Design Associates, I designed the logo for the new Las Vegas Sands casino & hotel in Macao—The Parisian. I spent time researching the different eras of design and style in Paris and tried to combine what is truly Parisian style with what the Chinese market would recognize. We went through many rounds of ideation, vetting ideas with the Las Vegas Sands's Chinese cultural subject matter expert.
The mark was reworked a bit after the handoff but the typographic elements remain the same and can be seen in other signage throughout the rest of the site.
