Rover hosted its first R&D hackathon during the time of Covid. As one of the 4 planning committee members I helped shape the event in numerous ways and was tasked with designing the winner’s prize.
For logistical reasons, many of our award ideas would not work. Given most folks have a beverage of choice while working from home, awarding a mug could serve as a delightful reminder of our fun event during daily coffee/tea fill-ups.
